Frequently Asked
Questions

Being away from familiar loved ones can be stressful. We try our best to set your pup up for a comfortable time away from home.

The onboarding process requires an evaluation, followed by 2 daycares and a trial boarding to reduce fear, anxiety and stress in your pups. Generally by the 2nd daycare/trial boarding session, the team will be able to give a better sensing on whether your pup will have a great time at the centre or if more time may be needed.

If time may be a little too short, or you are uncomfortable with this arrangement, do consider alternative arrangements until there is a little more time to gradually ease your pup into the facility.

All dogs must go through a 1.5 hour evaluation before checking in. This is to evaluate if your pup and you are comfortable with the facility.

Boarding: Additionally, 2 daycare sessions and 1 trial boarding session will be requested to gradually ease your pup into the facility. The team will be able to give a better sensing on whether your pup will have a great time at the centre or if more time may be needed.

Evaluation bookings can be done here.

Step 1: Pls ensure your pup has:

  • Up to date vaccinations
  • Up to date flea and tick treatment
  • Vaccination against Canine Infectious Respiratory Disease Complex (CIRDC) a.k.a. Kennel Cough is mandatory for boarding (highly recommended for daycare). We also strongly recommend getting vaccinated if your dog is a senior or young pup that may be vulnerable to infectious diseases.

Step 2: Pls book an evaluation here!

Step 3: Prepare for evaluation!

  • We’ll provide a form so you can provide details (Pup’s temperament, feed requirements, medication, habits, allergies etc) you’d like us to note.

(For Boarding) Step 4: Gently easing your pup into the facility with 1 – 2 daycare sessions prior to boarding.

A female pups’ menses can last from 2 – 4 weeks. We generally request an additional 2 weeks hiatus after the end of her menses before returning to a social setting.

Pups in heat may exhibit sensitivities and changes in behaviour. Her fur-riends may also exhibit behaviours that are heavily influenced by hormones. It is hence highly recommended to find a boarder that has no dogs or females that are comfortable around menstruating dogs.

If boarding fees have already been paid, the amount will be refunded in full.

Thank you for keeping your pup and her fur-riends safe!
